These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the mobile application ("Application") provided by REVERS3D SOFTWARE SL, ("We," "Our," "Us"). By accessing or using the Application, you ("User," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You acknowledge and agree that the Application is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws and other proprietary rights.
To access and use the features and services of the Application, you need to purchase an annual subscription.
The subscription, purchased from a Google Play or App Store account, allows the use of the application from a single device configured with that account. The subscription can be moved between devices with the same configured account, but can only be active on one device with the same account at a time.
The prize of the subscription and payment terms will be specified in the Application.
The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel automatic renewal in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Users will have a 7-day trial period for the application. During the trial period, the application will be fully functional. At the end of the trial period, the annual subscription will be charged unless canceled before the end of said trial period.
Cancellation of the subscription and trial period will be done through Google Play and App Store.
Refunds for subscriptions to our application will be handled exclusively through Google Play and App Store.
You agree to use the Application only for purposes permitted by these Terms and any law, regulation, or accepted practice in the jurisdiction where you are.

By using the Application, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application, or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon posting on the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications will constitute your consent to such modifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of third parties on the Application; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be interpreted to the greatest extent possible to make it valid and enforceable, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
